All software, source code, designs, user interfaces, content, branding, documentation, and related materials on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ANUSHKA DAHANAYAKE (PVT) LTD, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Protected under the Intellectual Property Act No. 36 of 2003 of Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, as amended by subsequent legislation including Acts No. 7 of 2018, No. 8 of 2021, and No. 8 of 2022, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 of Sri Lanka and, where applicable, recognised international data protection standards including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the European Economic Area.

  • Using client/admin dashboards for authorised account purposes
  • Paying invoices and managing subscriptions as a registered client

3. Prohibited Use

  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without written permission
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute platform source code
  • Impersonate the Company, founder, or other users
  • Use the Platform for spam, fraud, or deceptive practices
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse staff or other users
  • Interfere with Platform performance, security, or availability
  • Use automated bots except standard search engine crawlers on public pages
  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content

4. Account Responsibilities

Account holders must maintain accurate information, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access to [email protected].

5. Enforcement

We may investigate violations and take action including warning, suspension, termination of access, removal of content, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

6. Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations to [email protected] with relevant details and evidence.
